  • Thermal imaging inspection performed while the static starter is operating

  • Clean internal system components and vacuum control & bridge compartments

  • Clean the cooling water system's deionizer pod and refill with new OEM recommended

  • Torque all connected field cabling bolts and verify the integrity of the local field wiring terminations

  • Test all power bridge SCR's, capacitors, filter networks, suppression circuits, and fuses

  • Megger the high-voltage system components

  • Verify all power supply outputs are within manufacturer's specifications

  • Zero all bridge current feedbacks, panel meters, and recalibrated flux feedbacks

  • If equipped with a 12-pulse bridge, verify the bridge voltage phasing and balancing

  • Calibrate the bridge voltage feedbacks

  • Verify and report all logic and settings changes

  • Report all component replacement recommendations

  • Provides for static starter system operational verification before leaving the site

  • Includes 12-months of engineering field service support at no additional charge covering any
    operational issues, diagnostic alarms, process alarms, or faults generated by the static starter
    covered under this service package
